One Less Job for You.
Every apparel order leaves NuWaka folded and separated by size and style. No digging through boxes trying to figure out what’s what — we organize everything before you pick it up.
Turnaround Time
Most larger group orders are completed in approximately two weeks. Timing can vary depending on the size of the order, garment availability and our current production schedule.
Have a specific deadline? Let us know when you request your quote. If our schedule allows us to get it done sooner, we will.
Deposits & Payment
For new customers and larger orders, we may require a 50% deposit when the order is placed, with the remaining balance due at pickup. Established customers may not be required to make a deposit.
Artwork Approval
For new designs and larger orders, we may send an artwork proof for your approval before production begins. Prompt approval helps us keep your order on schedule.
Don’t Want to Collect Everyone’s Orders?
For groups with ongoing apparel needs or several items to choose from, a NuWaka Online Store may make ordering easier. Your employees, members or supporters can choose their own items and place their own orders online.
For a one-time order where you already know the quantities and sizes, a traditional group order may be the simpler option. We’ll help you decide which approach makes the most sense.
